    A. Shoponline is a Shopping Mall which allows our clients to sell online without investing or running a fully fledged ecommerce site.

  • How do I register and what information do I need?

    A. There is a simple form which requires your personal and product details, web site address(if you have one), and Bank details for payment of sales commission.

  • Am I protected from fraud?

    A. Yes. Shoponline's payment fraud protection helps eliminate fraudulent orders.

  • Who do I talk to about setting up a sales outlet on Shoponline

  • How much does it cost to sell on Shoponline

    A. There is a £100.00 set up fee but no monthly charges. Shoponline retains 10% of any sales as a management and service charge. No sales, no charges.

  • How will my orders be managed?

    A. When one of your products is purchased from Shoponline the purchase will be processed securely through our online system - when receipt of the money is confirmed you will receive details of the client, the product purchased, and confirmation of the amount received along with delivery details for dispatch of the product to your client.

  • Is there a customers' guarantee against being sent a wrong or faulty product?

    A. Yes. We will first advise the client to contact the seller, should there be a problem. The seller will hopefully resolve the issue. If the problem is not resolved we will contact the seller on the client’s behalf and establish information about the order. Shoponline will then advise how the claim should be settled and this may mean we request that the seller reimburses the client at the seller’s expense.

  • Am I contracted to sell online?

    A. you will be contracted to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Shoponline but can pull out at any time. There is no long term commitment.

  • How does the payment system work?

    A. Shoponline will process the transaction and pay the ongoing charges for each transaction. We will credit you at the end of each calendar month with the total amount owing you. We will retain 10% of the total purchases made. You will be able to check these against your automated sales emails which you will receive each time a purchase is made.

  • Does Shoponline provide customer feedback

    A. Yes customers are encouraged to leave feedback. For sellers this is the most positive way to gain a good reputation for online sales and good feedback gives potential clients confidence and encourages them to make purchases.
